I don’t believe in diets.  I haven’t for as long as I can remember.  I believe in changing your diet or lifestyle to match your goals.

In turn I have become mildly obsessed with wellness.  I work out almost every day of the week (Pilates, running, cross fit, Step, weight lifting). I do the Pilates ab series and stretching every night before I go to bed.  I eat pretty decent, minus the mass amounts of treats, of which most I bake myself. (I’m crossing my fingers, buy Type II Diabetes could be in my future.   …Hopefully I work out to maintain my health for a long time.)  From teaching a Step class at my campus’ Rec Center to just taking a Personal Training Certification course, that I miraculous passed, I hope to continue this journey of wellness.


Also I have a half marathon coming up, so I shall be documenting my training journey!  #DisneyPrincessHalfMarathon 🙂
